my stomach super xinku now,
not really bloated, but feels bloated.
like alot of crap stuck inside my stomach, this feeling sucks!

i cant even sit still to watch tv let alone blog!
but becos of my professionalism i will do it without budging!!

ARGH, my health giving me too many issues.
though my thyroid has stabilise, other things giving me so many problems.

i just realise i cannot take spicy food any more, this 2 days take spicy food keep got this stupid feeling, just when i start to love eating spicy stuff?! tamade.
